WAVE 03 Shotwalker

This is under the 1/24 line which also refer to as "Panzer Tier".

Originally released by TOMY back in 1987, WAVE re-issued it in 2003. This particular model didn’t released in Zevle line. Also, this is the 2nd wind-up Spider Zoids the first is RMZ-04 Gurantula. (Hasbro released a Z-Builders Cannon Spider).

The box and bits, unlike the usual Zoids we buy this kit comes with a waterslide sheet and not the regular sticker sheet.


It comes with 1 painted, fully articulated pilot and 1 sprue for 1/20 construction model figure. The extra sprue needed to be glued and painted. The OJR Shotwalker doesn't have this spare construction model figure sprue. I believe this is why in the box it declares 1/20 model kit but actually Shotwalker is a 1/24 scale model kit.

Bah this is the smallest among the 1/24 scale models. Also, look at the poor pilot, he's located where his enemy can hit him even in the far distance ;D ;D

The Hasbro Cannon Spider were released in PI, last time I checked SM Malls dami doon, check nyo ulit it should be w/ the other Hasbro exclusives: Gravity Wolf, Gravity Ptera, Zabre Fang HT, Missile Tortoise, Energy Liger, etc.

Hmmm....Cannon Spider was never released in pinas.. I don't recall seeing one in Cebu or in stores in the NCR region.

i remember having this particular zoid as a kid. that was 20yrs ago i think. i especially liked the pilot that came with it. one of the most poseable figure at that time. needless to say, my old shot walker didn't last long. no zoid lasted long in my 5yr old hands. daig ko p ang deathsaurer at ultimate seismos combined. hahaha.
