I'm new(n00b) at collecting gashas and figures so I really need tips on..stuff.
1. What should be done to clean figures/gashas? 2. How would you know whether to take or not to take a figure out of its original packaging? I noticed some people just keep figures inside their boxes to preserve its value or something 3. If you do not have a glass display shelf/case, where should these figures be placed? 4. How would I know if I'm being ripped off(price of the figures)? 5. What are the differences of the material used for making the figs?(polystone, resin, pvc, vinyl, etc...)
I would realy appreciate replies. Thanks ="=

i believe may link dito bro on how to clean gashas... hanapin mo lang bro. try ko answer questions 1. i clean my gashas by putting them under running water, then putting them in warm(about 40 degrees C or so) soapy water, and a small toothbrush. and elbow grease. putting them in a glass or acrylic cab helps in keeping them relatively dust-free in my experience. 2. depends on u bro, if u wanna display and appreciate them, then u gotta let them out. if u want to sell them, then keep 'em sealed and boxed. 3. your figs should be placed in a cool area away from direct sunlight, as this can harm your figs. 4. Scout around different shops and assess their prices. prices increase (and decrease) depending on the perceived rarity of an item. oh and if u paid full price for a bootleg item, then u're getting ripped off. i think there's a bootleg thread here somewhre as well 5. im not really sure. they're all plastic to me, different grades and poymerization lang hope this helps ;D Happy New Year! Cheers! eto pala links bro: greattoysonline.proboards43.com/index.cgi?board=gashaponstatues&action=display&thread=1123230315
