Pigma Micron by Sakura is really good too! it has a .005 point size which is very very thin!! and of course they're permanent!! Where do you get this and around how much? not sure if you guys have this in the phils. but here in seattle, it's only $1 something. i prefer using these pens instead of the gundam marker pens coz it doesn't bleed since it's really thin....at .005, this is thinner than those mechanical pencil point sizes!! they also come in different colors!! you could probably order them online: www.gellyroll.com/products/pens/pigmamicron/pigmamicron.html

Sakura's is actually thinner than gundam markers which is 0.05.
The best pigment marker available in bookstores I found here in the Phil. only reaches as low as 0.1 sadly. Not much demand for thinner ones by the regular market I guess.

yeah that's why i love these pigma micron pens, they're thinner and cheaper than gundam markers.
well you know you could probably order them online somewhere or talk to your local supplier if they can get you some .005's....good luck, man!

hello everyone, just want to ask question regarding pens used in panel lining. I saw this at National Bookstore. It is a drawing pen and is pigment ink, water based and water resistant. Can I use this pen for panel lining?? thanks in advance ;D

Bro i guess you really have to try it out.. but as far as i know you can... before i use to try technical pen and its guide good though its not water resistant... use the 0.2 perhaps and use a good eraser to erase excessive panels.. try it in some ways.....

Are techpens an ok substitute for gundam markers? I have the 0.5 and 0.3 points. Do they dry up fast or do they smudge?

Are techpens an ok substitute for gundam markers? I have the 0.5 and 0.3 points. Do they dry up fast or do they smudge? techpens like rotring or steadlers? personally, i don't recommend tech pens that uses oil-based pigments. rotrings and steadlers inks are oil-based. they smudge and they don't dry enough on plastic surfaces. you can use artline pointed pens or pointed felt pens. remove the excess with eraser or with cotton buds.
but, if you have extra budget, Gundam Markers is the best for kits. hope that helps.
