YEah way way better than Transformers. Everything was in place... I could not find any "rust" in Ironman's armor. The story is well written it made me think Ironman is real. The effects are excellent and Jon Favreau is on his way as a great director. Very good casting, Robert Downey Jr. really did portray a real-life Tony Stark. It made Batman looked like an average millionaire compared to Tony Stark plus he builds his own weapon unlike Batman who just borrows. The armor designs by Avi Arad challenged Spider-man's outfit/custome so its pretty much a tag or war between IRONMAN and Spider-man for the best superhero costume to date. The new Batman suit was a little bit over the edge in my opinion. Hope the Dart Knight does not disappoint for for Heath Ledger's sake. The Incredible Hulk is another one I have been anticipating.

Agreed! The Ironman movie was awesome! My only complaint is that I would've loved to watch a longer version of the Iron Monger fight. Hehe, Tony's Limo driver is actually the director of the movie by the way ( I think he was also Ben Affleck's lawyer partner in Daredevil movie ) Gold

Hehe... Shortest two hour movie I've ever watched... I wanted more! ;D
Seriously, very good movie. Character developmentwas handled well, not clumsy or corny like some origin stories... Action was light, but at least it leaves the sequel free to add more...
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
jya na!

I don't know about Rhody being gay, but the actor does have a high pitched voice. Hehe, not the typical husky-voiced Black African American I guess. More Ironman News!!! forum.newsarama.com/showthread.php?t=155942Marvel plans to launch its 2010 film slate with the release of the sequel, Iron Man 2, on April 30, 2010 Thor on June 4, 2010. Additionally, Marvel is planting its feature film stakes for summer 2011 with an Avengers-themed summer – a two-picture project which will debut on May 6, 2011 with The First Avenger: Captain America (working title), followed by The Avengers in July 2011. same here, it is indeed a great movie to watch!! His "landing scene" when he attacks the guerillas really matches the statue made by sideshow. swt ;D Gold: that's really very interesting since i was confused on what will be shown next... is it: 1.) Ironman part 2 with his best friend rhody as war machine (got this kind of thinking after hearing rhody mention "you're next" near the end part of the film.. or, is it 2.) Avengers, when nick fury of the shield showed up on the last part... ahahah
