Hmmm let's revive this thread .... any one here plays Tekken on PSP? ;D i have the ps3 game, unfortunately no dsl available in our area so i cant go OL yet. a shame esp when the online version is out already... bro you have a ps3? wow! me too! and I have Tekken 5dr too! online is hard though. plenty of lag. but I was able to get 100 wins online though. some americans are nice and forgiving about the lag, while some really get annoyed at the lag. hope you get dsl soon so we can play online bro! |

i have the ps3 game, unfortunately no dsl available in our area so i cant go OL yet. a shame esp when the online version is out already... bro you have a ps3? wow! me too! and I have Tekken 5dr too! online is hard though. plenty of lag. but I was able to get 100 wins online though. some americans are nice and forgiving about the lag, while some really get annoyed at the lag. hope you get dsl soon so we can play online bro! sure thing bro! kudos on the 100 OL wins, kakainggit ;D since we moved ive been applying for broadband for almost a year now and its still no luck in the availability. my xbox live profile's been stagnant since that time and its just too bad ive missed out on forza and halo 3 as well...  hopefully magawan ng paraan by christmas, more games are coming btw here are some screenies of our tekken huddles... these tekken 5 dr parties happen once or twice a month depending on everyone's sked ;D some photos of our recent session last thursday ;D   pre btw you can add some of the pinoypsx and pinoyxbox guys to your tekken core group ;D |

Hehehe nice game room sir Lotur .... im really an avid fan of Tekken. Right now am playing Tekken again but its for the PSP. ;D By the way what's that hanging on top of your LCD TV? isn't that a PSP?  |

sir arch thanks for the appreciation same here, long time tekken fan since the orig back in '95 (my glory arcade days with kazuya/king ) now much less time to jump into arcades and btw that psp look-alike is actually my center 5.1 speaker for the samsung home theater nothing beats kazuya EWGF in surround sound DORYA!!! ;D |

I've experienced a lot of success with Lee even though I play Jin and Devil Jin offline though. I wish there was a pinoy server for T5 ps3. that way we could have great, balanced matches with very little or no lag. |

For those who owned PSP who is the fastest player that can do some sort of damage in a faster way? ....
I mean whenever I play the Gold Rush mode on Tekken:DS PSP my only highest score was 5839 I want to go beyond that. I've been using Law for these beat em up Gold Rush. Law is fast. ;D

rarely get to play the psp version, but I'd use Paul for gold rush mode. he does insane damage and finish matches quickly.

yup. maybe because there are a lot of psp owners here (and a few ps3 owners). that's good, since I don't see too many people playing this game in the arcades where I frequent.

i used to make passes on arcades whenever i get the chance, but due to work and other commitments its just tough returning to the scene.
its also somewhat awkward seeing a long-sleeved, adult yuppie beating up on a hs/college kid at the arcade ;D j/k
kidding aside, my testosterone-induced days were back in the street fighter 2 in the early 90s... a time when mall token was worth 3 pesos and trapper-keepered challengers fall in long lines to get a stab at the resident guile/dhalsim expert. when the tekken arcade orig came around in 1995, i was still a hardcore player but began to mellow down somewhat. now with all tech gadgets at home its more of graphic appreciation stuff and nostalgia na lang (but still manages to kick a** with my grizzled poke-turtle/okizeme tactics against flashy wgf brats ;D )
cant wait to see tekken 6!
