i agree with most of the games you guys have posted, like the fallout series, mega man X, x-com, final fantasy 7. I also play Kingdom Hearts, the first and second. and the shin megami tensei/persona series. They're all great.

Chrono Trigger is another classic, Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past and Super Metroid on the SNES

But my alltime favorite is Final Fantasy 3/6. FF7 is a close second, but FF6 i keep playing on my SNES and psone. i've played through it more times than i could count. Great story, lovable characters, a rich game system and different playing styles. FF8 is my least favorite of the series, kasi graphics lng siya bumawi, but no ff "flavor" like the spirits within ff movie.

yeah it did. actually we used a 25 centavo coin. however the risk is if you keep it in there too long, it shorts out your famicom and busts it. we busted 2 famicoms here to make that stupid trick work. eventually we bought a joystick for the port, just hold up on player 1 and down on the joystick, press start and the stage select will appear just the same.

golden axe came out for the NES!? i thought it was a SEGA game. i first played it on the SEGA megadrive then eventually i found it on the older SEGA consoles. there is a ps2 version but it was 3d. the game still ruled though.

super street fighter 2 turbo [first sf game with super combos and akuma]

final fight, warriors of fate, cadillacs and dinosaurs, aliens vs predator, punisher [capcom side-scrolling fighting games]

i still play SSF2turbo as part of the street fighter anniversary collection on my ps2. i hated it when it came out on the 3DO!

i still play the final fight series and rushing beat series on my super famicom. final fight one for the game boy advance is still the best home version of final fight though. it even includes the sf alpha version of guy and cody!

gradius has to be the best shooter, but i miss this one called "gunhed" for the pc engine.

i also love this 2 player soldier game for the famicom called Guerilla War, it's by SNK and you eith er play as che guevarra or fidel castro.

does anyone remember ikari warriors and prisoner of war for the famicom? the characters in these 2 games eventually became ralf, clark and jeidern in the king of fighters games.

great sidescrollers! agree sa alien vs predator na arcade game... final fight series. i miss the old days i also remembr the avengers arcade game as well as the dungeons and dragons arcade. andaming pila dito sa arcade nung lumabas yun... of course may snes port of these games but the arcade feel was different

one of the arcade games i really miss is the g i joe shooter. you play as either roadblock, scarlett, snake eyes or duke and you just run forward with a minigun [the big machine gun that the terminator had in t2] and you just blow up everything!
