I hope this isn't a late news or even posted before... And since were talking about the movie, the prequel comic book should be here to avoid further confusion and additional wasted thread... Until then you can salivate on how the movie will proceed according to these 4 part comic books with the remaining 4th issue probably coming out this month or next month. And yes there are alternate covers as well for collectors...   I doubt if this is going to even be making an appearance in the movie or just on this comic book but they used Optimus' G1 trailer to serve as Jazz's coffin...  IMHO the first comic book was good but the artwork seem to downgrade from there. So IMHO I will have to pass on the printed version... I wish they could have employed the artists that made Armada/Energon and TF vs G.I. Joe... So far I'll give this 2.5/5 And to add (haven't read it yet) There's also Transformers Revenge of the Fallen : Defiance also a 4 part comic also out now. I thought this was a typo until I checkef IDW's site... |

The Alliance comic Books deal with what happened in the end of the 1st movie... This one is Defiance, this is basically a reinterpretation of how the Decepticons and Autobots become different factions and how The Fallen fits in the story... although according to what I gathered from Wiki (direct search of the fallen) this movie version will not be the same Fallen from the original generation, but of course since the movie is somewhat another universe story from the G1 series. All issues feature 2 cover variants: #1  #2  #3  #4  Short Review: The Defiance comics are better illustrated than the later issues of Alliance so I'd give it 3.5/5. It does offer a revelation of the movie transformers' history to fill "The Fallen" storyline. Happy reading before the movie comes out... |

x10 better bro. Really a must watch movie:) I might be exagerating but that's what i think about the movie. I'm not going to explain why because i might end up giving spoilers.hehe

I would suggest other cinemas over Starmall EDSA... Why? 1. They toned down the bass, now the entire shaking experience from the movie is minimized to a few bumps under your feet.  When I saw the 1st movie this cinema rocks your feet with thumps that will reverberate to your whole experience of the movie... ;D 2. The copy for the 1st showing time had some lighting problems on the first half of the movie, but not too much to ruin the movie for you...  3. It was freaking hot... they started opening the cinema with the air conditioning on low and the fans barely spread the cool air... after 20-30 minutes inside then you'll feel better. So taking a long walk before entering is not a good idea...  If only Mega will bring their prices down a few notches... their air conditioning is in full for the 1st showing... so you're already freezing halfway to the film... ;D Anyway I'll do my next round in Megamall when the ticket is cheaper after a week or two... ;D Anybody tried the Imax version? ;D |

The movie is great, better than the recent one. But there were some scenes that have some similarities with the first movie. For me the title of the movie is surely tricky. ;D
