As far as I read.. it will be a base on a card system(like ryuki andblade).

hmm makes me wonder as far I see it... I wish Toei would remake their Spiderman(Supaidâman) tokusatsu base on the character design they just can't go wrong.

"Kamen Rider Decade will be shown in two series. The first, starting in January, will be the first half of the show, and the second half of the show is to start in May.

The first part will show the life of Kamen Rider Decade, a sixteen-year-old boy who is obsessed with the television show Kamen Rider Kiva and the whole franchise of Kamen Rider. All the kids in town use the Kamen Rider cards to play a trading card game that has swept Japan.

The first part of the series will be about the young boy finding that Kamen Riders are real, and that he is the heir to be the new Kamen Rider and save the world from evil.

The second series is said that there might be a timeskip of a few years. The second part of the series will focus on the main character, Kamen Rider Decade (may not be Rider's name and just show), bringing back the past Riders and facing them one-on-one in battles

-Toei has announced that Decade's main writer is Imai (Kamen Rider Blade writer)

-Decade will start in January, despite other rumors

-To transform, Decade will make use of the "DKD" (or DCD, it's a phonetic thing), standing for Dimensional Kamen Rider Datas.

-The "DKD" exists as Cards in 10 Parallel Worlds

-The "Server" Organization, employs Decade as a counter to the "Reverse" Organization, a mysterious group bent on sending the world into chaos.

-Decade's true identity is Ryusei Jun, a member of Server's Sekai Frontier. He is able to channel the DKD and transform into Decade. On his 20th Birthday, he is chosen by chance to assume the role of Kamen Rider Decade.

-Server's 10 warriors (The 10 Kamen Riders) are Godai Yuuske, Tsugami Shoici, Kido Shinji, Inui Takumi, Kenzaki Kazuma, Hibiki, Tendou Souji, Nogami Ryotaro, Kurenai Wataru and Ryusei Jun

-Kamen Rider Decade is the form Ryusei Jun assumes when granted the power of DKD from Server. He has a punching power of 3 tons, a kicking power of 5 tons, and can jump 10 meters

-The Server Organization is a company who manages the data of the successive riders.

-The Reverse is a organization of Kaijin composed of the Dead-Mad-Dodd, a group of 3 Kaijin. There goal is to resurrect the past Kaijin the riders faught and make the world suitable only for Kaijin
