@ V2 - haha, i thought about it, seriously... just too expensive. it'll eat up a big chunk from my valk budget ... and i'm content w/ my shcmpro + RD gatling gun combo... size is just right, very nice detail and transformation is fairly easy and hassle free. although, i might get that GFFN FA... but mainly for the weapons... and as long as the price is reasonable. @ qb - yeah, that F91 looks really well made from the review pics. as for me, i'm trying to decide whether or not to get a different RD that i didn't have any plans on getting. --------------------------------------------------- i'll transfer some pics from the last page here... latest collection thread page w/out any pics bugs me to no end, hehe VF-27 (i'm really starting to like Bandai's shiny plastic)  Trios:   |

new haul... sort of  i've had this for more than a month now. got it just out of curiosity... but after much deliberation (plus a little solicited BI from bro j.sonic), i've decided to keep it. hehe. ;D ...downloading the first few eps to see what i've gotten myself into. |

@j.sonic - thanks, man. so far, i'm really glad i kept it. still waiting for the "hub@d" scenes you were talking about, hehehe. RainerO - after playing with it last night, i'm really glad i decided to keep it. it's a very nice figure, provided you can choose one w/out too many paint issues. mine only has some minor paint issues w/ the Assault config. shield. I've seen some w/ some paint chips on the yellow v part of the chest. j.sonic also mentioned seeing some w/ skewed "bigote" marks on the faceplate. articulation is great. i like the colors. very, very nice. The wings are awesome. surprised that they have a fair amount of articulation. I liken the wings-of-light parts to the energy shield of the RD Shinkirou --- it makes the overall package "sulit." The parts swapping to change it into it's different configurations is fairly easy. As for me, i've decided i like the Buster configuration the most (EDIT - i just realized why... i looks very much like a Strike VF-1S ;D)... the only downside is that i'm left w/ a lot of leftover parts. Also, it only has one beam saber included. a couple of quick early morning shots:   |

guess that's the only flaw of the figure - you get a lot of spare parts unless you set it on its AB configuration. still, its pretty much of a good thing for bandai to release this unit with all cards in the table rather than release it per config.

Nice valks collection! As I went yesterday to makati I saw a couple of rd v2 ab and the flaws that I've seen is the bad paint application on the shield portion on the assault mode

it's been a while since my last update... just a couple of old pics that i haven't posted here...   new hauls: not for me, but toys nonetheless... for my kids b-days... but i think i'll be playing with these too (it's been ages since i last played with lego! hahaha ;D )  a couple of Macross items...  ...i've been waiting to get my hands on a GBP set for a couple of years now... passed on a few good deals for the 1/48 GBP... sold my 1/60 1J last year but then Yamato f'd up the 1st release of the 1J+GBP... had to wait 7 more months! finally i have it!!!... as for the 1/60 Fan Racer, i'm a sucker for Hikaru's rides. good thing i got it cheaper than retail, but still pricey for a lightweight model kit that needs painting. d@mn, i hate exclusives!!! a couple of RDs:  *the Nirvash is mine while the other one is for the resident RoboArts TM addict... |
