There's no such thing as SIC Decade with Motor.

I have no idea what you're trying to ask about Kabuto. If you're asking if the wings can be attached to both Kabuto Hyper Form and the FFR Kabuto Zecter, that would be a yes but you obviously can't do so at the same time.
