The pawn Gundam is the prototype name for the Exia and other Celestial Being MSs, this is commonly done to mask the identities of the merchandise before their tradenames are registered properly... but reading online, the "names" were used also to identify the MS role in the series... basically the Gundam 00 series has a "Chess theme" storyline...


My wishlist, for Bandai to release a MG Wing Gundam 0 a fitting MS to the upcoming MG Epyon and finally portray one of the best posters around...

Ah.. I didn't know that... So the purplish MS that looked like a cross between the Exia and the Astraea is/was the Pawn Gundam?
