@no3ljm thanks. I wasn't keen on getting it at first since I wasn't the one who saw the figure. I always thought that figures can never have good detailing (my references to MSIA figures!). It was my sister who first saw it and she kept on bugging me to buy it since then. She even bought it out of her own money initially just to make sure that nobody else gets it!!! Well, I guess she has an eye for detail (since she and my brother-in-law are also avid collectors).

@no3ljm no prob, my sister had the tallgeese reserved under my name. all i need to do is to drop by the shop and pick it up. Heheheh. kingaLthanks! yup it looks similar to the MG version (without the intricate wing design, additional articulation and the stand) Anyway, Ill be grabbing an action stand for it.

As promised (finally after eons!)... Tallgeese III Archenemy MG Wing Gundam Ver ka The whole family As with the Wing Zero Archenemy, the Tallgeese has very good detailing, construction and articulation. Although I can't seem to comprehend why it's missing the right blue vent on its chest (it's not a defect, every single production unit is missing it). Even the tallgeese animation screenshots on the box go against it (since the tallgeese screenies have the said vent). For the Wing ver ka, I haven't placed the decals on it just yet. Heck, I was even too excited on posing and taking pictures of it that I forgot that some parts still had fresh paint on it (oops, a little smudge here and a couple of fingerprints there!). Anyway a little touch up should do the trick. @shinn the wing ver ka seems to be okay for me. my only gripe is the loose grip of the hands (or the lack of a retention mechanism for holding weapons). Along with the cumbersome buster rifle, I can't seem to make good poses with it. but overall, it's satisfactory. Thanks for viewing!

yah, the only pose it can do is with the rifle slumped on the floor. You can remove the rifle, but without the rifle, the wing ver ka has a tendency to bend towards the left side because of the added weight of the shield. Hence, you need the rifle to balance it (especially when posed standing straight), if not just don't add any accessories at all. One more thing, the chest part is a little off since I really couldn't have the breast plate snuggly fit with the skeleton of the mecha. I just painted it with a darker hue of blue to make it barely noticeable (and I was a bit too lazy to mix paints to come up with the right color anyway hehehe).

LoturThanks. I highly recommend getting the tallgeese if you come across one. It's not your run-on-the-mill regular action figure.

As requested! ;D Some more poses Front Side Back/Close up The two pods at the back open up to deploy the tallgeese's verniers: Upon closer inspection, this figure actually has more details compared to MG kits. Compared to some MG models (which do not have underside details) this one has underside parts which have details to a certain degree: Now it's down to the weapons: First off is the railgun. Unfortunately, the railgun is permanently mounted to the right shoulder of the figure. As in the EW OVA, the railgun extends for those "asteroid killer" shots. Beam Saber. Not much here, just the standard issue beam saber. For the heat rod, it comes separate, and can be installed via the ball socket joint inside the shield. Not much articulation here. Sorry for the lame poses. I'm not that used to posing my figures that often. I also just realized that the tallgeese was very top-heavy. I was unable to make more extreme poses since it tends to topple over most of the time. I think this was due to the skinny legs of the model (most of the bulk goes to the upper body) and the flat-footed, one-piece molded feet. This is where an action base may come in handy. I'll definitely buy one next time. I'll keep you posted next time.
