why not add hyaku shiki to the collection so you cud have the aeug group? hehehe. just kidding. ;D You actually read my mind bro! hehehe... I'm gonna get one after the Zeta. But I'm not sure which Hyaku-Shiki to get... the shiny one or the one with the Ballute System? Hmmm... hahaha! i knew i was psychic! ;D hmmm....i think the ' shiny' one gets my vote for this one. first of all, it's shiny, and it's more simple to look at. as the saying goes.... less is more.

good looking mk-II JQ (it rhymes!). i would say go for the shiny hyaku-shiki. or if you want a little challenge... buy the ballute and paint it to become shiny.
im looking forward to your next project!

Depends on how much you like plated kits bro.... the one with the Ballute System has no plating, hence that would be easier to paint.

@qb Yes, that's what I was thinking. Either get the shiny one and do a snap-build or get the one with the Ballute System and do the shiny paint myself. Well, I have to decide after I get a Zeta 2.0 and that'll be probably 2 months pa. ;D
@raps, V2 Thanks guys! Actually, those decals came from my other kits that I didn't use. The warning and the Zaft decals particularly are leftovers from my MG Freedom. Recycle no? hehehe... ;D

Well, I have to decide after I get a Zeta 2.0 and that'll be probably 2 months pa. ;D Plenty of time to think about it. I'd go for the one with the ballute system since you'd get that extra accessory plus an easy to paint kit but that's me.

Lab update 01/09/08 Well, after a couple of weeks after finishing the Mk-II, here's his partner: Got it at GT yesterday afternoon. I wasn't planning on buying one until next week but I was at Glorietta looking for a flash drive to buy so why not pass by to our favorite hobby store. ;D I just wanna share what happened to me at GT. A little warning to people who go to stores and like to look around the displays: It was when I was paying for the kit when this guy stood beside me and then looked at the toys. The guy was smaller than me and seems like he was interested in the sentai toys displayed at the right counter. I took out my wallet, gave my credit card to the saleslady and I held my wallet because I hate putting it back to my back-pocket without my card in it. I held my wallet in my hand firmly and held it like I was holding a clutch bag. Afterwards, I looked at the other toys to see what's on display. To my surprise, the guy said in a mad tone: "Kala mo nanakawan ang bakulaw o!", he gave me a mad look and walked out of the store. Who the hell is he referring to? I'm not that big enough to be called bakulaw. ;D And take note, it's just me, him and the saleslady inside the store so I asked the lady who was that. The lady said she thought he was with me. Now, my question is: Why so defensive? And how do you know I was holding my wallet firmly? Seems like he really is up to something bad, huh? I'm not saying that GT-Makati is a dangerous place. All I'm saying is, you have to be aware of the people around you because you don't know what they're up to. You can't be too careful, you know. Thanks for looking, guys! Will probably start building this baby this weekend. ;D

Thats a nice kit there bro! Congrats! About the incident... you did the right thing by not reacting and maybe he really is staring not at the gasha but on your wallet to know you are holding it firmly. These people I think got a tip that a lot of toys there are kinda expensive so people buying there might have money. IMO. Again, a nice catch on that one.

awesome haul there on the ver 2.0. looking forward to your pictures and review! ;D as said previously, there are weirdos and then...there are weirdos. it's just a lil after the holiday season so there are still some "naughty kids" out there who didn't get anything from Santa trying to pull a fast one. thanks for sharing this incident and as always, let's all exercise extra caution especially at these times.
