great hauls, guys. @ protoform: your hauls are always awesome. always looks like a delivery truck from a toy factory stopped at your doorstep and emptied all its contents into your house. ;D @ vic: nice gundams, bro. would love to see pics of the final product. these just came in today from bigbadtoystore. two of the first wave of single-packs from the 25th anniversary GI Joe line. of course, featuring two of the most iconic figures of all time: Snake Eyes (with timber) and Storm Shadow (version 2 - though I would've preferred if they made the Cobra version into the single pack): Snake Eyes version 2. the packaging is similar to the vintage one (and even has the flat 2-d logo), but the logo and packaging borders are shiny silver instead of white Back of the packaging. The file card is almost an exact replica of the vitage peach file card. Note that the "catalogue" of action figures above the file card do not yet have thumbnails of figures which have not yet been released (including beach head, firefly , and lady jaye) Storm Shadow version 2. Storm Shadow close-up over-all i am impressed with the level of detail put into the figures, especially when you consider that these are only 3.75" tall. i also like the fact that they based the packaging on the vintage cards. this gives the figures a really collectable feel.

thanks vic!
the qubeley mk.II is pretty good but there are some ball-jointed articulation points wherein could've been better if they used a peg-type joint for it. as a result, some parts tend to sag especially the shoulder binders but its nothing a little qutix tightening cant fix. you also gotta love the design too!
as for the SDF-1, its truly a remarkable item even at 1/5000 scale!
