hi! i'm rrargh, the guy who makes those comic strips in Arg's Playroom. i have over 70 strips more to share with you guys, if you don't mind, but i'm a little concerned about hogging all the space in the customs and fanart sub-board i'm posting them in. it was suggested that i put all the strips in one thread. if i do that, though, don't know how a viewer would be able to keep track of, say, the latest strip, not to mention how it would affect how long it would take for the thread to load. would it be too early (newbie that i am) for me to suggest that i put all my strips as individual threads in a sub-board? kinda like the "for sale" sub-board? just wondering. thanks!

You can always put the links in one thread and just arrange the link having the newest comic's link as the first link in the list.
That's what I did to my own Web comic "Gundam It" during the OLD GTs days. (I haven't made a new one since May 05, so I haven't re-posted the thread yet.)
I also did a small website for the comic. (Click my signature), so I could archive my comics there and for those who are interested in the comics to be able to check if a new comic has been released.

all of my strips are currently available for viewing at my multiply website. i tried posting the links before on another forum. although viewers could access them via the links, they'd have to wait for each frame to load before going to the next frame instead of having all the frames load simultaneously on one page for easier reading. i guess it all boils down to how you guys prefer to view the strips. by the way, i saw your gundam it! strips, and i liked what i saw! i didn't know that gundams were bumper-crazy!

Well you can try having all the frames on one image file, but that would be ONE BIG FILE. Unless you try to resize the frames to fit a standard image size (which sacrifices picture quality). Or have a seperate HTML page for each comic strip so you can have the large image file and have the whole strip in one page. But come to think about it, if a person wants to read web comics all you have to do is give him a way to access the frames. by the way, i saw your gundam it! strips, and i liked what i saw! i didn't know that gundams were bumper-crazy! Thanks. Gundams are pretty crazy hommies. Too bad I haven't done any new comics ever since... and the fact that I own more MLs and Transformers than Gundams makes me wanna consider changing the name of the comics. Nice comics too, bro. I like your image effects, especially Flash' speed effects.
