How do you wash your kits? What do you use to wash it? how do you prep up your AB, have you mixed all your paints already for the desired color before you start painting?
Let us know guys. . .

you can actually remove the visor to expose those internal even on a zaku. oic, i thought painting the visor with gloss clear paint would make it that clear to see through the internal details, yun pala it was removed na. . . ;D na loko ako dun ah . . .

yup, this is what you usually use on weathering military crafts, instant flat nga kasi, and well if you have a sister you can use her make-up kit rin.

on applying the dark shades, do you have to paint the whole part? or just go paint the edges and panel lines, dahil dun mo lang rin naman palalabasin yung effect?

unless of course you're using a thinner for the base paint too? now that would be a problem. if you use thinner for enamel, then it won't do any damage on your acrylic/lacquer base paints. tama ba mga guys? i'm not into this procedure, pero i think i've read na rin so many times. so i hope tama ako with the thinner explanation. hehehe. ;D actually enamel thinner would ruin your acrylic. so go for water-color/pastel in washing your kits if you use acrylics.

Its better in a sense that the colors are more brighter? say for example a Tamiya vs Pylox white, black or blue. In what sense is it more better, aside from having a huge color selection they're both the same for me i guess, it's a matter of skills really on how you apply the paints. i suck big time using spray cans, cause i tend to over spray. but really one thing i notice using spray cans is it's too grainy, but then again i know a guy who's really good at using spray cans, even metallics came out smooth. . . ;D

looks like copper than gold, looks great. although i think it would hard to get that kind of color in spray cans which are not for hobby use.

@seelei ey bro, thanks! and thanks rin for a great deal on the a/b, it works fine. . . can't wait for the sun to shine so i could hone my skills on a/b painting. i asked a car painter and he told me i can't used enamel based primer with acrylics, either laquer or expoy based primers lang daw for acrylics, so now i know it's a laquer base primer itong tamiya surface primer. yehey! salamat ulit. . .

anyways whatever it is (enamel or laquer), can i still used it as my primer then use acrylics over it?
thanks. . .

wait. so this one is better than the fine point Gundam Marker? it can perform a much thinner panel lining since it is easily wipe off yung excess and because you it can be smudged you can do a weathering effect.
