Since I spent the whole long weekend at home, I was able to catch up and reshoot all of the SICs I needed. It was a tough time getting them out of the display area, and I also got into trouble with the group photos since it's quite a chore managing 3-4 figures on the same table. Anyway, here we go. It was good choice to take pictures of these 7 guys yesterday since today was somewhat rainy. I'm looking forward to completing the 11 Onis soon since I have SIC Vol. 33 on the way. And hopefully that will put some brakes to my SIC collecting after (hopefully). Thanks for looking!

Here's a new haul: I find this figure really nice except for the lack of a left grip hand (plus the fact that they can't seem to fit flush in gripping the Faiz Edge). In some angles, the huge thighs seem a little disturbing, but overall this is a very good figure. I already opted for the non-transforming Autovajin since I don't wanna wait for Bandai's SH Figuarts version plus the fact that I'm not that much fond of the transforming gimmick. All in all, this is a must have for SHF collectors. Really nice. Thanks for looking!

Just got this today: VF Hi-Metal Exclusive Sound Boosters! I'd say this set of boosters is a piece of art. Just love it to bits. Hoping to make my official photoshoot of it this weekend.

Just got this yesterday. Finally got it after waiting for like 10 months since it was released. Bandai VF Hi-Metal
VF-19改 Fire Valkyrie fromMacross 7The year is 2045 and the Macross 7 fleet journeys across the galaxy. The fleet soon encounters an alien race called the Protodeviln, and the fleet was threatened by these aliens who are after the life force known as Spiritia. While the UN Spacy forces fend off the attacking Protodeviln in their first contact, Nekki Basara, the guitar player of band Fire Bomber, flies into space on a customized variant of the VF-19. The VF-19改, also called the "Fire Valkyrie" has very light armaments and it is equipped with a modified gun pod which fires speaker pods instead of live ammo. Through these speaker pods, Basara sings to the while piloting his Valkyrie. The Fire Valkyrie was then assigned to Sound Force after the UN Spacy recognized its effectiveness against the enemy. The Fire Valkyrie continued participating in the battles of the Protodeviln War until it was destroyed beyond repair, but not until Basara has defeated Geperunitch and made the Protodeviln learn of the creation of Spiritia by the power of song.Fighter mode: Gerwalk mode: Battroid mode: Well, being the first release in the new VF Hi-Metal line, I was already expecting this one to come with flaws. True enough, I did encounter flaws such as the shoulders not locking flush with the legs in Fighter mode and very, very loose hands (except for the gun hand) for Battroid, among others. Nonetheless, it's undestandable since it is the first release and the issues have already been addressed and fixed in the subsequent release of the VF-19S. I like this toy a lot since it's the best rendition of the Fire Valkyrie so far and with it being around 1/3 the possible price of the upcoming 1/60 by Yamato next year, it's still a good option for those who couldn't dish out such amount. For me, I'm going for Battroid display on this one since I like the somewhat different, less chunkier looks. I also look forward to getting the Option Parts and Sound Boosters in time. So all in all, it's a good toy with some flaws, but still looking awesome for display. And of course, the fanboy in me just had to make this slideshow: Thanks for looking!

Here's some other stuff which I got: S.H. Figuarts Ex Machine HardboilderfromKamen Rider W This is a pretty nice bike. It's got some details on it, but it could be better in some aspects. I really does give a nice impression on display, and you gotta love the sleek looks of it. One of my complaints would be the lack of gripping hands for the SH Figuarts Kamen Rider W, which might be because they're really getting cheap with production and expected everyone to jumping into the W bandwagon, hence having extra hand sets from the other figures. Anyway, it wasn't a biggie for me since I display it like the first pic above so I won't be bothering about getting the other Kamen Rider W just for a set of gripping hands. Anyway, to the next bike! S.H. Figuarts Gills Raider (Tamashii Web Shouten Exclusive)fromKamen Rider Agito This isn't really one of the rarest bikes for SH Figuarts out there since Kamen Rider Gills wasn't really that popular, and many were after the Machine Tornador instead since it's the one being used by the main character. But nonetheless, I wanted to get the bikes for the series so I had to get this and wait for the upcoming release of Guard Chaser for G3-X. The bike doesn't really have much gimmicks except for the longer horns on the back (I can't remember which part in the series it appeared, though). Nonetheless, I love the metallic finish of it and I'd say this is a very nice "upgrade" from the one released years ago for the Souchaku Henshin series. And for now, here's my roster of SH Figuarts Kamen Riders and their respective in-scale bikes: Kamen Rider Black & SH EX Battlehopper Kamen Rider Black RX & SH EX Acrobatter Kamen Rider Kuuga & DX Try Chaser 2000 Kamen Rider Agito & SHF Ex Machine Tornador Kamen Rider Gills & SHF Ex Gills Raider Kamen Rider Kabuto & CORM DX Kabuto Extender Kamen Rider Gatack & CORM DX Gatack Extender Kamen Rider W & SHF Ex Machine Hardboilder And here's yet another bike haul which I got 2 weeks ago: DX Autovajin I think that Autovajin's transforming gimmick is one of the best gimmicks for a Kamen Rider's bike, but I'm not too fond of it so I'm not sure if I'd be patient enough to wait (and pay) for the upcoming SH Figuarts (especially if it's an exclusive) version. Furthermore, I really display them as Riders and bikes, so I don't really think it'd be worth paying additional grand just for a few pics in a robot mode considering I got this non-transforming one for dirt cheap prices. For now, I'll be content with this non-transforming bike for now. Thanks for looking!

Yeah. Actually the one I got from you were sold to a friend since I already have one. Just ended up with Miria's 1J and the Regult (but sold them off as well). I think I'll be good with 1 Revo VF-1, but yeah I'm kinda curious about Roy's 1S and thinking about getting the non-transforming Revoltech one or the Hi-Metal.
