So here he is, he seems to be a bit smaller than Gx-01/R, but does seem to have more diecast. Yen price is roughly 13,000 Yen.

Don't think this is an LED gimmick, more like a flip up "power on" eyes gimmick.

Comes with display base

Bandai also seemed to figured out a way to make the wings retract without having to sacrifice aesthetics.

The release will coincide with the upcoming SHF Devilman. Jan 2017
