Ok, I know all of as just watch in youtube or download videos at the internet ahem2x but regarding collecting the actual video as in Dvd, Vcd, Vhs formats, were do you buy it?
In Pinas its so hard to find anime videos, especially the latest one, I've go to anime related store even buy copies for a hi-price geez talk about sales, options are to go Greenhills, Recto (cheap price but sometimes copied from Vhs)...

RFC Mall in Las Pinas. I know a vendor there that sells VERY good anime dvds. They even got some rare ones too. I bought all my anime dvd stuff from their stall, and i've been a "suki" there for almost 3 years ;D. Or if I'm short in budget for dvds, i just download in www.bleachexile.com , or download through torrent (mininova.org - bitlord client) ;D

I usually download and burn my own anime dvds but sometimes I get lazy and just buy at quiapo, there's a shop there that sells anime dvds for P35 per disc (not the one disc animes that are usually found at stalls)

Hehehe ;D, I have a few of these one disc animes coz some titles really have good quality. The anime series Monster is one of those good copies in DVD9/HMV/Dual layer (74 episodes in 1 disc, I would say its average quality in video, overall not bad and the subtitles are very clear) In my area, I also buy animes in normal DVD format (the 4.7GB DVD discs) but for P45 each. Yep its pretty cheap in Quiapo, but in my case considering the distance and the expenses going to Quiapo just to buy anime dvds, I'd rather get some in my nearest location. Good for you though
