Hmm. I still prefer kits due to the fact that they have far more range of scales and varieties. The Fix only covers some of the models that sold well in the market. Besides, I can do whatever customization that I want with the kits and it will also make me feel good after accomplishing the task!

Plus, cheaper at times! ;D I just feel that the Fix are "toyish" looking for me.. Although i really appreciate the detail and design of the Fix, I am just not contented with them..

If there's one thing in favor of kits as well, it's the hands of the 1/100 models -- in Fix, xMSIA and MMM Gundams, you have to keep a bag of spare hands to go with what weapon. Some 1/100 HG kits already have hands with a movable trigger finger that can slip into a triggerguard.
But then again, that brings me to a point where I'm comparing a 1/100 model vs a 1/144 Fix.
In terms of detail and articulation, a FIX model is no contest vs a PG Gundam kit. Same could be said for FIX vs some 1/100 MG kits (sample: Ex-S Gundam FIX vs Ex-S Gundam MG -- MG transforms, FIX doesn't).
Sometimes, it all boils down to economics -- a zeta gundam HGUC kit would cost me P1k. A zeta gundam FIX would cost me P2k. What would you choose?

I prefer GFFs because it was made solely for Katoki's designs/redesigns of popular mobile suits and MSVs. The GFF line also includes mobile suits (MSVs, side stories) that are released only as resin kits and are not found on any gunpla line (ex: Crossbone X-1, Gundam Xi). Those two reasons alone is why I left the MG line for the GFF figures.
Personally, I don't need articulation on my GFFs nor Gunpla. I always display a kit in a standing position or in common battle poses (dioramas). GFFs are another case, they just look their best if they are displayed standing. They look akward when displayed in action poses.

ok so here's where it stands:
if you want gundams for the purpose of displaying go get the GFFs. much like PVC statues, they're there to instantly look good. excellent detail, no need to pose much, little prep for display.
if you are more into playing and having that feeling of accomplishment, go for the kits. playability is much higher than GFFs, tons of striking poses, much assembling and tinkering to be done, open for customization and added detailing. build your own action figure is what it is.

what if the FIX u just bought have a defect for example a loose joint or something? i think that will be a big problem since you can't open the body parts of the mech unlike the kits that you can do something to make them tight... tight like a tiger (goldmember)
(really dont know... can it be opened?)

uhh, i dont think loose joints are a problem in GFFs. rather joints that are too tight might be more common. posted this on your model problems thread.
GFFs cant be opened, but you can take the joints apart, i think. never really tried.

Kits pa rin.
FIX toys are an unnecessarily expensive novelty. I'd get FIXes only of those which I can't get in model kit form anymore.
