I think what your referring to was Mark Simmon's now defunct Gundam Project site. Ultimate Mark is newer and features lesser content than that of Gundam Project.

We use the same timeline ^_^. This particular time line also features all the official UC series, Blue Destiny, Gundam Sentinel, Gaia Gear, Hathaway Flash, Turn A, CCA, Silhouette Formula, Victory and several other Gundam series related to the UC time line.

OT question: how come MAHQ's timeline stops at F91, how come V Gundam wasn't included in the UC timeline?

well to answer that actually the battle of Earth Federation and Zeon was long all over before the F91 and V Gundam has started. F91 and Victory Gundam was still a part of UC but with a very different aspects. As you can see they still carry Earth Federation until Victory Gundam but you will never hear a Zeon word in that story. Maybe MAHQ was a zeon fan that is why they didn't continue until V Gundam.

Most of the major stories that was told was during the Earth Federation and Zeon conflicts. F91 and Victory Gundam was the last UC series and both were stand alone.

F91 took place in UC 0123 while Victory takes place 30 years after (UC 0153). eventually after Char's Counterattack (UC 0093) the Earth Federation fell into stagnation and became weaker through the years. This led to prominent and influential families creating their own armies and political influence all around the colonies - which led to conflits in F91 and V.

Turn A is said to be REALLY FAR from the UC timeline, but is more known as the CC (correct century) timeline...
