Good day, I am Michael Tan, a student of the University of Santo Tomas College of Commerce majoring in Entrepeneurship. As a requirement in school, we are required to put up our own business in partial fulfillment to complete the course. I chose to do resin figurines and to make Gundam resin conversion kits. currently I am making a market (customer) study on buyers of gundam kits/figures.
As suggested by Malvin, I have started this poll to ask for your permission in having to complete my survey forms to be placed in the GT shops. I hope that you take the time in filling out a few pages of my questionnaire. This in turn will be helpful not only in my research but will also be a guide on how to develop my products and services.

question, since i don't often go to GT lately, is it possible to send the survey form through email? or must it be hand written?

the survey forms are yet to be distributed to the stores, i've emailed Malvin a sample copy of the questionnaire subject to revisions if needed.

yes as what everybody was saying to save your time and effort you can either type in your forms in a document format and then save and convert it to pdf formats and then send it away to our emails and we will be returning the surveys with answers to you. ;D ;D ;D

actually, gusto ko rin sana ang email eh... pero from my test run of surveys at the Mechapinoy forums, mukhang mababa ang reply rate.
ganito nalang siguro... to those who prefer online survey, post here or PM me or email me your email addresses. but i'll still try to place some questionnaires in the shops to cover my target respondents as widely as possible.

I've just returned the forms to gelogundam.. please check..
why not make an online application form? It would make it easier for the gundam fans to answer the questionaire?
