I was one of the committee during the 1st Magic The Gathering tourney held at UP Bahay ng Alumni... ;D But that was ages ago...

Ahoy there I was also a MTG player but only for casual fun. I used to collect those card since high school but I quit when I was graduating in college. First I stop at Visions then I begin again then I stop again in 6th Edition. Ang dami kong card dati mga rare din like Birds of Paradise, River Boa, Wall of Roots, Ball Lightning I was a red, green player and a black green player also I remember a deck called Cheesy fight fire with fire hehehe. ;D now I didn't know whats going on in MTG world hmmmm  . ;D |

Here's some pix of my magic cards... i was able to unearth some of them...  ... i picked up only 3 boxes at my parents house last weekend... let me share some of my interesting cards signed Legends card  Most of my cards are from Beta, Unlimited and Revised... expansion cards from Arabian Nights, Antiquities, Legends up to Ice Age...       ... i have something like 10 more boxes and 5 albums in my parents house... i will post more pix of rare cards as soon as i find them... I was also able to find a souvernir program from the 1st Magic The Gathering Tournament in the Philippines that was supported by Wizards of the Coast...  check out the date...  here's my message inside the souvenir program  Thanks for viewing |

...out of curiosity... how much is the going rate for beta and unlimited cards... say a black lotus? the moxes? dual lands? psionic blasts? etc.

alpha, beta cards more than 5 - 10 times the new ones, i think... black lotus, mox and the likes i think cost $300 - $500 ;D

O kaya check mo sa website nila... not sure anymore, pero I think Beta Black Lotus alone could get you $1500+. Unlimited ones mas mababa ng half. If you have the power nine cards, that you pretty much get you a brand new car or at least a heck of a lot of toys... - Black Lotus - Ancestrall Recall - Timetwister - Time Walk (my personal fave) - Moxes (Pearl, Emerald, Ruby, Jet and Sapphire) |

i have a beta lotus... unlimited lotus... 5 moxes... not sure which version... time walk and time twister... di ba na-reissue yung time twister... di ko maalala kung meron ancestral recall... i also have juzam djinn... mirror universe... etc... kailangan lang ng matindi tinding hanapan... i also need to find lots of comic books, comic cards and other gaming cards like star trek, legend of the 5 rings and rage... and some books like battletech, mechwarrior books and white wolf stuff... ... rohml...tulungan mo ako hanapin ;D after ng gimmick sa saturday ;D wow! that much ha... do you know where i can find a price list for these cards... thanks Inquest.
