Tanong ko lang sa inyo guys kung ano yung magandang ISP (Internet Service Provider) or Prepaid Card na gamitin para maka log on sa internet? Kasi i'm having problem na using PLDT Vibe and it keeps on redialling after 15 or 16 minuites of use because of too many users even on peak hours.

Your best bet on using Prepaid cards is to use the newest ones that come out of the market, as they would have fewer users and so less traffic.

Hmm.. note on PLDT DSL... I've been in contact with a lot of our subcontractors who are using PLDT DSL and other local companies that are using the same service - Just last week or last 2 weeks until now (for some), PLDT DSL services in some areas were down. It kinda seemed like a "black out" happening from one city to another.. I don't know what caused it... I've also heard some residential users (non-companies), that they weren't affected... well.. that's just what I've heard...

if you're on a budget, try ISP bonanza and/or Blast - P100 for 20 hours...
... and if you're using Blast, free access from 12-6 am...
... if budget permits, try PLDT DSL or Globe DSL... I think Globe is more affordable... ng konti ;D

DSL had a promo before a. Php999 for a month if you are a student. instead of paying as much as 3K. i think the promo is over but if you were able to apply before it was, then you'd be able to use DSL for Php999 a month for as long as you have students in the family or something. i think that's how it works.
