Hey thanks for the links Mazingaa.. Sorry Wingseyemd, they never made a toy from this cartoon, it was a cartoon for fun, pure and simple. Unlike other 80's toons like Transformers and Gijoes, those were "30minute commercials" for kids to buy the toys. From what I know, Mighty Orbots lasted only 1 season, 13 episodes only, some folks are selling the DVD on Ebay(VHS copied of course,they never released an official DVD, what with the rights to the show in limbo and all.. ) Gold

Orbots had great animation production values. Obviously since Tokyo Movie Shinsha was the prime animatoing company, same with Bionic Six. Macron 1 is indeed a japanese super robot series which was horribly mangled by DIC.

macron 1 is originally known as Goshogun and is a part of super robot wars
