Need advice. My boyfriend and I can't decide where to go for a weekend getaway. (Neeed.... break..... from $%^$# work........ bahd.......)
We're looking at Puerto Galera, but the rates are cutting too close to the budget. The resorts at Los Banos are another option, but they're a little too overdone already.
Someplace away, but not too far away, from the metro would be nice.
Do you guys have suggestions or recommendations?

hey adelaine. i heard the "8 Waves" in bulacan is great. no idea if it's ok with overnight.

ei adelaine, you might want to go over this two page Recommended Vacation Spot thread. we have some estimates, pics and suggestions there. incidentally, my team is currently planning a teambuilding event on Calirana, Caliraya Lake, Laguna. my teammate went there yesterday to check the place. she brought home superb shots. if im not mistaken, accommodation is P700/head (no food and transpo yet). hope this helps. cheers! |

there is a very cool and relaxing hot springs resort in Los Banos if u really want to relax..i forgot the name though...u can stay there for a night or 2.....the entrance fee and the cottage fees are not that expensive...
also try Crystal Springs...thats a nice resort with lots of options..they got hot springs and some swimming pools with slides and stuff..me and my family always go there even on vacation days....

you can also try caylabne bay in cavite. we went there some years back and it was a very nice, secluded and relaxing place. (especially if you like breakfast by the bay ;D)
