glass cabinet is a good choice but it would be very expensive than wood ...

Glass is good, Wood is good just make sure you check the quality coz mine was ply board and it was infested with wood-boring bugs that damaged on of my Zoids.
Do consider the size of your toys to be displayed so it can accomodate your toys well.
Good luck on your decision. ;D

Then you might be needing a really big one. Try to make some estimates of the sizes that you would need, if there are zords bigger than that, then you might opt to go for those bigger sizes so you can have all your zords displayed in the cabinet.
And if you go for wood, make sure it's treated with whatever chemical it is to avoid bugs and pests, one hard lesson learned for me hehe.

if ur planning to custom build a cabinet, chances are, ull end up paying more than those available locally.
check ur nearest SM/macro for cheap, decent glassed cabinet (laminated wood with sliding glass door).

A lil tip in building a cabinet(display)...... you can always use a plyboard which usually measures 8 ft x 4 ft for borders and frames, just threat the wood first with "solignum" prior to painting it so as to avoid insects from infesting the wood. For divisions you can use either wood or glass PLUS aluminum multiple holed divider bars for height adjustment (for me,glass will be nicer) . Framing the cabinet with aluminum's really easy... measure the sides then order it at your friendly seller or if you want to spice it a lil bit, do the cutting by yourself.... you'll have more pride with the display cab once it's done (",) . Now for the mirror sliding doors (either cut it by yourself or have 'em cutted by your seller). NOTE: Just always remember to subtract an inch from the top of the frame wood to the bottom of the frame wood...for easy mirror installation (",)
OR
You can buy the finished display cabinets being sold in furniture shops ( the only drawback's the glass covers are too thin) BUT as r2d2t2 reiterated they are cheaper (",)
GOOD LUCK BRO..... (",)

have it made with an adjustable shelf. in case you might need some extra head room for your toys.
