hi, ren. here's the info you want:
countries/territories which Filipinos can visit without a visa: 1. Brazil - for a stay of up to 90 days 2. Gibraltar (a UK protectorate) - for a stay of 59 days 3. Israel - for a stay of up to 3 months 4. Mongolia (barbecue, anyone? ;D) - for a stay of up to 21 days
you should check with the DFA, or the Embassies of these countries in Manila (if they have any) if there have been any changes since this info is at least a year old.

but then again, the memo i got this from was signed in january 2005. not sure if there have been any changes, but i don't think so, since we would've heard about them. ;D
