Stuff I buy from ebay ususally takes 5 weeks or so to arrive here.

man, this thread is old but i'm going to have to bump since i need advice. i bought this item, costs Php400, on December 3, 2007 and still hasn't received the item until now. what do i do? thanks. btw, no tracking number. i tried contacting the seller but i keep getting an automated response saying that the item has been shipped bla bla bla

It takes a lot of time to ship items, sometimes 5-6 weeks, sometimes longer. The holidays are murder for sending packages since greater volumes of mail and packages are being processed daily compared to regular times of the year, it will definitely take longer.

They are the same. The former is what's called in US, the latter is for other countries. In HongKong, they call it Speed Post.

thanks! another question though, usually when i "buy it now", most items that i buy like automatically has a paypal link. however, at this last item i bought, there was no link but the seller accepts paypal. he said to me that i should pay through the paypal site. so i went to the paypal site at it requires the paypal email address, buyer id, ebay item number, and cost. now i don't know what to put in the cost, is it the total cost with the shipping or just the item cost? thanks
