yeh just leave it with the orig jap dialogue and eng subtitles na lang. i can hear it now voltes v screaming HENG TU TEN!!(LASER SWORD..) but its a skycable channel so its probably pinoy dubbed (AARGH!!) so's the kids can learn fluent pinoy. ,'-p just wondering.....what I know is the laser sword of voltes v in japanese dialogue is TENKUUKEN.....just elaborating...thanks.... ;D |

MP OP did appriciate worldwide although signs of appriciation was seen way too early here at home. don't know why though..... I think I read somewhere the reason is because of Takara's short production run of MP Prime. But with Bandai, which is very fond of re-issues, magiging gradual siguro price increase ni Voltes. Regarding the popularity of Voltes, I thought also that he was popular in Asia and Europe only, but it makes me wonder based from auctions sa ebay regarding Voltes godaikins,popy's and vcd/dvds, parang patok din sa mga Americans.Ano kaya reason ng growing interest?  Maybe the bidders are Asian and Europeans. ;D SGP |

if you notice, most people who bid on ebay for voltes v related merchandise are pinoys in US and Europe..
Voltes V is popular in PH, France, Hong Kong, Italy..

that really depends on local retailers... knowing voltes is hot in the philippines, most retailers will pre-order a lot... if they do pre-order a huge number of SOC voltes, then it is safe to assume that there will be one for each of us... ... the only problem we have is that there are lots of scalpers and hoarders... I'm sure we will see a couple of retailers who will keep 5 or more pcs... and come up with a "temporary shortage" story... if this happens, pls. remember that BANDAI ALWAYS REISSUE their top sellers... no need to buy SOC Voltes at an expensive price... ... learn from the yamato and grendizer experience ;D is it cuz of the pinoys in France, Hong Kong, Italy.. or their own?? here's a looming question...will there be enough soc stock for us here?? |

Wow!  This new Votes V is soooo cool! I wish I can have the resources to purchase one.. I am into Gundams so much, I think I will sacrifice and restrain myself from buying them in order to get me one of this SOC!  |

thank god for re-issues. Also, unlike the MP convoy, Voltes V is gonna be produce by bandai, not takara. ^_^ As for the MP convoy, one of the reasons for its value, is because of the variations to the hasbro version. Non- regulated smoke stacks and the sumwhat limited stocks of that particular toy ( Takara version) in which case, everyone in the world wants one. unlike voltes. ^_^ ( which by the way, not as popular as OP in other countries like the us.)
