Well.... I find the Crewzer, Frigate and Lander of the Popy Voltes V better than the SOC's. The Bomber and Panzer of the SOC are great improvement.... ;D

Now a good question here is will there be a GX-30X (a scaled Camp Big Falcon) ? I think the mechanical eagle from the orig blueprints will be small accessory na lang kase sa soc voltes package. (like the TFO from SOC Grendy). Just a hunch...

same here. the SOC panzer looks "tougher" and the bomber is sleeker.

cruzer - although "streamlined", it looks rather less durable. the head/cockpit area looks too fat/wide. (looks more like a fish's head, actually... which i find kind of ironic since its called "cruzer/crewzer/cruizer/" - its not aerodynamic enough for the name itself.)
bomber - nice streamlining but they should've made changed the hands into air intakes/vents.
panzer - the threads looks somewhat kiddish. the cockpit area looks "snubby".
frigate - the best redesign. love it.
lander - cockpit areas are designed nicely, but the foot area isnt "inclined" enough that it looks "snubbish" - when its in robot form it looks like its wearing blocks of wood.

How come the new bomber has different rear "wings" than the popy one? Which one follows the anime design?

SOC GX-31X Big Falcon DX base? Don't think so.. other series like combattler n zambot r much more popular than voltes v in japan so i think they will get first dibs on a base version

Good work! Although honestly the Popy (original) version is still the best one! That was one piece of artwork I can still remember it from my childhood. Now if they can only invent a time machine I would definitely go back and buy a lot of toys! sympre tignan ko na rin yung winning lotto numbers hehehehe just like in the movie PayCheck! Anyway Voltes V is part of our heritage already. The show taught us many things like Electro magnetic wave - EMP, wormhole remember it was discovered by Dr Armstrong to get to Bozania dahil sobrang layo nito. And for the record Voltes V still is the fastest at MAC 25! hehehe
