Really? Cool..... ;D It would be nice to see the "most powerful super robot" (according to Ryusei) as a mech figure.... I think Simon might have something to say about "the most powerful super robot" ;D

It would really be great if Kotobukiya would release SD version of Super robot Wars. This would rival Bandai's SD Gundam kits.

got this Koto R1 from a local toy store. compared with the details of bandai's gundams (which i'm not really into, at least for now , i would not know how it will fare. pardon the black smudges - just used ordinary black pentel pen. so are koto kits comparable with bandai's?

are th koto kits better than bandai or not even close? i mean i bought a R1 1/144 scale koto kit but since i heard bout this and that i've been thinking of assembling it, so i ended up posting it in the for sale thread, i'm still thinking bout pulling it out and keeping it for my self. ummmmmmm does SRW plamo kotobukiya kits loose joints faster than bandai's gunpla kits? it that true?

I have a Kotobukiya Demonbane kit and I can only say that the joints getting loose depends on the wear and weight of the finished kit, Demonbane is heavy so his legs and body don't usually retain the pose I wanted. But to keep a tight fit gluing the parts is imperative. The only drawback I see in Kotobukiya kits is the lack of stickers or decals, and if it were sold separately, they don't advertise it on the kits' manual like Bandai. Demonbane should have had those interesting markings as shown in the Game(?) and Anime, for the time being I have a kit that's bare other than the colors I can apply but having decals would really be sweet.

well yah! stickers too......they forgot bout that........anyway i still haven't finish my R1 so i'll just pust zoids stickers on it...............although when i started assembling the R1 i noticed that some molds are well.......not match...then again i may be wrong because i haven't finish the kit yet and another thing is the God foresaken price! its expensive!

Yup, it's true and i think they're better than bandai on the scale of 1/144 and 1/100 on a slim margin.

koto will release the daizengar which is fully posable..it's equivalent is the MG for gundams though it's just 1:100 scale i guess..koto's models are more accurate than bandai's. it's really like realization of the anime..their 1:100 scale are very impressive..the only downfall is..the SRX model may come in the 1:100..the 1:144 isn't good.. i'm now waiting for my fairlion and altalion to arrive..I'm getting 2 fairlions though..I'll be repainting the other with red so that I can imitate the royal heart breaker attack..i'm also looking forward if they'll make ryukooh or koryuoh.. here's a SD style SRW model made by megahouse..
