Tifa will be a bestseller to the boys. I can feel it right now. Too bad her upper clothing isn't removable unlike Selphie (is it?). LOL.
When I get Aerith, I'll be sure to put her in a praying pose with you-know-who and his you-know-what right behind her *evil laugh*
About Cloud, I'll get the Hardy Daytona set. I don't want to waste money on a standalone Cloud when I'm going to buy a Motorcycle set much later (the opposite happened during my FF7-AC Play Arts days).

I'll try to get all three.
My first plan was to get Tifa only, but Aerith is starting to grow on me.
As for cloud...if he's as sturdy as he looks, I'll buy him.

I preordered Tifa and Aerith, Must get the Hardy Daytona set from GT. The shipping fee for the Hardy Daytona is very hefty.
Then I'll let Balthier ride on the Hardy Daytona. Right now, he's riding on the Fenrir like...

d**n...just when I dun have time to buy them...it's when they start appearing DX
When I called GT Makati earlier they said they only have a set left. And seeing I have to work overtime till 12 AM, my best prayer is that nobody buys the remaining set and I manage to somehow find time to buy them Saturday morning(or early afternoon).

Kind of broke right now because I pre-ordered Tifa and Aerith online + bought Play Arts Arms today. I'll maybe get my Cloud and Hardy Daytona on January, unless "Dr. Cid" aids me financially ;D

Cloud and Daytona Hardy set will be available by next month.
saw the figures this evening at GTmakati. i paid my D/P for Tifa and Aerith. i didn't include the single Cloud figure. i'll just wait for the set next month. 
btw, i think this batch of PlayArts figures is great. from the FFXII up to the wave 2 AC figures. looks like the joints is the same from wave 2 Advent Children figures. cool.  i love how Cloud looks on this series.
though the display stand's waist ring is the same from the previous wave 2 AC figures, it's too small.

About Cloud, good choice. Let's leave the stand alone Cloud for those who can't afford the motorcycle set. I also don't think that there are any serious differences between the stand alone Cloud and Cloud on Hardy Daytona figure. The Advent Children ones have meticulous differences with the head sculpt that's why I bought both though I felt sorry for the kid who also want the AC stand alone Cloud figure the moment that I bought mine. Ah, memory of two years ago...must be forgotten. ;D Ugh, I wonder when will my Aerith and Tifa pre-order arrive...if they don't arrive within January, I'll cancel it and just buy through GT. The Display Stand is too repetitive. When will they make a themed-base? For example, Yuffie the Ninja with a leafy green base and the stalk that holds the figure is a tree. Money is so *beep* really but that's not only the thing that's troubling me right now: unforgiving MIDTERM EXAMS for the entire January!!!
I still have to save up for the X-2 girls as well, before I purchase the Cloud and Hardy Daytona.
