Yah, they're quite expensive. Is it just me or are the heads too small for the body? ;D SGP

Saw these at one of Greattoys' neighbors at GH. No price given at that time.
Heads too small? CONFIRMED. Fat legs too.
I think that was the intended style. The faces look "farther," making them look taller if viewed at eye level. They're about a foot, more or less, in height.
The glossy finish doesn't make them look plastic - I was thinking more along ceramic, porcelain, or even high-grade resin. So I was surprised when the clerk said they were metal die cast - something that I can't confirm even now.
If they were diecast/ iron, I would have preferred them unpainted, because they would make awesome statues and conversation pieces. They will never fit in with your SOCs or vintages. They should have a place of their own in your house, that at their price, should be preferably high up where neither pets nor kids dare not reach. ;D

the glossy effect makes the model "parang bagong wax sa carwash" but it is indeed a great one.

They are a nice set... bulky and buffed... i think they are worth getting... detail and paint job is great...
... but you have to be very, very careful when handling these statues... check out Great Mazinger's left ear in the pix above...

depends on the angle and distance... sometimes it's hardly noticeable... but when you look at GM straight in his face... you should see that both of his ears are aligned to one another... buti na lang hardly notice... hardly notice nga ba TB?
