Holy Crap! Gold Lightan and BFJ have the same price... ... i wonder what accessories will they add to Gold Lightan.... for him to have the same price as BFJ... Maybe a whole lotta lighter fluid? ;D ;D ;D ;D Gold |

to those of you who are interested in getting the Godaikin Leopaldon ... i saw a Boxed Godaikin Leopaldon at Comic Alley Galleria before they closed down... not sure where they transferred it... maybe you can call or SMS Teddy Sy of Comic Alley if you're interested

how different will that be from the SOC Gaiking already released? From the picture posted, there will be the axe, spear and shield which the original Gaiking didn't have. Plus, as of the moment, there is no power-up mode in the anime, so that might also be another difference. I'm also predicting that the support ships will be included in order for it to become Sky Gaiking (episode 8) .;D SGP |

After seeing the 9th & 10th episode of Gaiking, I'm confident that the SOC will have the support ships: Stinger, Serpent & Krab Banker. ;D

let's hope Bandai includes the support ships... but as of now, they have not released any significant information about the new Gaiking...
... is it just me ... i think the new Gaiking anime is not as exciting as the old one... it took me 3 attempts to get through episode 1... and a helluva lot of coffee to make it through 10... maybe age is influencing my preference... but one thing for sure... it's not at par with the Mazinkaiser and Shin Getter...

I like the ending "fortune telling" sequence hehe.. I think it's generally due to the plot, in the old series it was fun to watch because the plot runs around the team trying to protect the Earth. In the new series, the team just runs around another "world" and the hero is trying to adjust to everything(much like the audience). Hehehe, I guess they might as well put a new mech in there and rename the title as an entirely different show, were it not for Gaiking and the Dragon being there. BTW, I'm glad they changed the look of the Space Dragon to the "retro" look. The original "remake" of the Dragon seen in the trailers make it look like a pirate ship with fancy decor.  Gold |
