Looks like GX-45 might be a Banpresto Original. Most rumors are hoping that it's either of these three: SRX, Ryukooh/Koryuoh or Grungust.

Probably they make Grungust. SHE already made a version of this, probably they will make Type-1 or Type-2.

SRX probably impossible to do since the combination/transformation of 3 R-series is really complex, but then again Bandai might pull it off if they decide to make this in the SOC line and that would be AWESOME XD.

It's a Blue gray robot that splits into 2 rocket ships. I'm referring to SOC Gunbuster hehehe! =) How much does Gunbuster cost anyway?
