been up and out for a while, actually. the price mentioned for Ironhide is the price for the entire set, btw.

now that i've seen comparison pics i realize ironhide's WAY too monochromatic... boring colors. i miss the yellow stripe. i wish they'd been able to allow for some paint applications in the budget. but with the remolded head, i can kinda see why not.

g1 ironhide and ratchet look nowhere near their cartoon counterparts. i've recently realized that i could pop off Bt Prowl's head, put it on Bt Blaster's body, touch up the paint and add sirens, i've got aa custom Bt Ratchet.... neat

So far, the eaiser to get amoung the two is ratchet since that one is only sold only with flareup. compaired to iron hide.

uh, no. check around a bit and you'll find that some are willing to sell the 7-figure set figures individually [albeit at slightly higher prices than you'd pay for them as part of the set;l you know how it is when sets get broken up]. besides, the 7-figure set was available to attendees and non-attendees [and for a fee, attendees could pick up loose sets with each boxed set they got]. each ratchet/flareup set is one of only 500 as attendee exclusive -- you could only get ratchet WITH flareup, and ONLY if you were there at the convention.

That's my point, a friend of mine just gone there, he said, he got me one ^_^ Since he's a regular ( Always in every con yin the states. ^_^ ) anyway, I ask if he can get me the box set. Well it ends up that, the shipping alone for me is murder if i try to get the box set. Even if he gets me the box set, i don't have the shipping money to get it deliver here. ( Plus, the evil custom guys.) ^_^ so as i said, its easier to get ratchet. hehe ^_^ ( In my case anyway. ^_^ ) If so, it will be my first tf botcon exclusive. wish me luck. ^_^ Coz, i'll need every bit of it hehe ^_^
