Kind sirs,
good day.
can anyone help me? uhm my brother just got silverstreak alternator (the grey imprezza wrx) and i was trying to transfrom it into robot mode, but there was a step that says that i have to rotate the upper half to face the other side.
uhm, the problem is i can't find the pivot joint. (looking at the paper manual the drawing says that it should be at the middle buit the only thing that i cam move there is the seat hinge)
any ides from your experience kind sirs?

the pivot joint is in the waist area where his silver groin meets w/ the black part

sirs,
thanks you for the quick reply. i have a quick question, do i have to push the legs downwards more? or its just the red part (knee joint) that should be stretched?
@ sir alex, sir would the pivot point be on the upper part (near the seat part?)? or on the lower part? (near the leg part) i checked the torso thing ang it seems whole enough. ^^V
@ sir Gold, uhm sir since you have the same toy could you please post a pick on where the joint should be rotated? if it is not much trouble po. i understand if it is not doable.
thanks much for the help!!
@ anyone
err a bit of OT , but how much do loose (but still stiff) TF alternators costs now a days?

well usin the pic as reference, see how his waist isnt even? the pivot area is exactly where his silver groin connects to the black plastic above it. as for price, i'd buy for 1000 so long as complete

No problemo amigo . As for the leg part question, you should stretch the leg AND try to set the ankle to 90 Degrees(look at the left leg of the pic I posted earlier). It may not look it, but the ankle CAN go that straight. It might just be a little tough to do due to the tightness of the joints, but it is do-able note: you do have to slide the rear windshields up and down his legs before adjusting the anklesAs for the pivot joint, the entire silver "brief" area is the part you're supposed to turn. The black part stays. Sorry, I'm not in Manila right now and this is the only pic i have in my laptop. Hehe, the toy is at home. Regarding second-hand Alts, hehe, sorry I can't help you there . Gold
