Don't know. May be it is the Flashback 2010 video...but it wouldn't be called Megaroad OAV yes?

Maybe it's a new Anime Mini-Series (4-5parts) that the guys in Japan are making.

Especially the VF-4 shots. trivia...The Megaroad 1 is the smallest of all of Earths colony vessels and is a dwarf compared to later ships like the Macross 7.
