they are part of evangelion. these are actually female representations of the angels that the evas fought.

the one that chet posted is supposed to be the female representation of SACHIEL the 3rd angel. though it looks far from the actual sachiel (duh, hehehe) the color scheme and parts of the costume are similar (notice the shoulder pads same as shoulders of sachiel)

(Sachiel action figure by kaiyodo for comparison. notice some parts are similar)

then this one is the 14th angel ZERUEL (coming out this feb)

then coming out this march will be two more, 17th angel TABRIS and 2nd angel LILITH
