images.tfaw.com/covers_tfaw/100/de/dec064520u.jpg as reference. Finally an affordable Gunbuster figure (not counting the gashas) but any decent figure of Noriko goes around Y 20,000. Molding/sculptwise, she is very loyal to Haruhiko Mikimoto's original designs. The eyes (I call them Mikimoto eyes) and the shine on her hair. Bome really did a good sculpt for Noriko. If my eyes don't deceive me, I believe he used two pieces for the entire body and not just a sigle mass (or is it just Xebec?) You'll notice that in her right leg. Looking at her closely though, I fear for the ever present leg bendies owing to all her weight is focused on her leg. A great purchase for the fans of Gunbuster. (Now if only GT can get Bome 19)

I belive this has been on sale for like.... last month? or maybe January...? I know a shop in GH who sells this Bome Gunbuster. For me, its very average so I didn't bought it.

Painting and mold wise, you'ld have a hard time distinguishing the difference from the Japanese version. BTW, Saber will follow Rin, Bome # 23 due this June. |

the international versions tend to be a notch lower in terms of QC - very minor paint scratches and such but its quite tolerable.
think of it this way like a mercedes - international is C-class, but japanese versions is an S-Class.

Compare Yamato Isoruko and Full Metal Panic. You'll know what I mean. Bome must have been sleeping on the job when he sculpted the latter. Yamato on the other hand.........vavavavoom!
