Gasha Differences

I'm very new to this forum and would like to know waht are the different gashas? Di ko maintindihan ang trading figures, shokugan, etc. Help me. Thanks.

yung shokugans are also called candy toys.. its usually smaller or sometimes same size sa mga gashapons then may candy kasali sa box.. shokugans have 2.5-3.5" yata.. then the gashapons ranges frm 3"-4.5", it depends kasi yung HGIF series ng Bandai/SR series ng Yujin are usually bigger... then yung Trading figure is somewhat 5"-6", sometimes aabot pa ng 6.5-7"(like jack yung nasa Kingdom Hearts Trading Figure).. sana makakatulog to.. i hope hindi mali yung info naibigay ko.

Shokugan - Nasa isang box ung toy then may kasamang candy. Available sa toy stores and minsan sa candy stores.

Trading Figure - Nasa isang box ung toy but walang candy and usually more expensive and better quality. Available sa toy stores.

Gashapon - Nasa capsule egg cya that can be obtained from "Gashapon Machine", hulog ka ng coin then spin a dial, then may mahuhulog na egg capsule na may toy inside. Usually scattered cya in different places like arcades, 7-11, malls, etc. (I'm talking about in Japan or in HK, not Philippines).

on other country:
some trading figures are sold in blind box (doesnt know what is inside). toy kingdom has some tf's but already preopen and had been marked.
gashas on the other hand, if comes from a gasha machine would be random (though sometimes color coded)

some terms on gasha's

Normal - this usually refers to the piece(s) which is depicted in promotional pictures, eg. On a gacha card, gacha sheet or a trading figure box.

Variant - a piece which is different in some way from the Normal, usually in terms of colour scheme. See Alpha.

Alpha - Term used by Yujin. It is basically the same as "variant". However, I propose to define "alpha" as: a variant which is not merely a simple recolour, but has a completely different pose or different/additional parts. See variant.

Secret (Shikureto) - term describing a piece whose identity is not revealed in promotional material (gacha card/sheet) or packaging info (shokugan box).

The existence of a secret is usually indicated, but in some rare cases, it isn't. Manufacturers usually indicate a secret among the "Number of Types". Eg. 6 Types + 1 Secret. A secret is often a chase, but not always so.

Chase - refers to a piece which is very rare relative to the other pieces. It is not necessarily a secret. Any piece can turn out to be a chase, though it's usually a variant, alpha or secret.

so they dont have gasha machines here in the philippines... how about resin kits?
