rendition of this chogokin is faithful to the anime, highly detailed, colours are anime accurate and tons of accessories.

i never thought there will be robot toys at chek lap kok airport in hongkong, managed to snatch before departures decently priced cm's mas raiking and balking.

thanks to malvin of greattoys for the gx-49g gold shin mazinger, omniclone for the gx-50 combattler and cm's brave 04 god raijin-oh (huge box!!!), and spanky for the rest.

finally the trio is complete. while waiting for the brave gokin version of gaiking the great, the MAS version will suffice.





due to limited cab space i decided not combine to form Gaiking The Great. just opened the 2 instead.

it is with sheer delight to see that they look great and proportioned with the Bandai GE-10 Gaiking - Legend Of Daiku Maryu. Reminds me well of how they look from the anime.



the Bandai SOC GX-27 Gaiking will always be my favourite. very happy to see that my gaiking family grew with raiking and balking.

Bandai Tamashii Limited Nanbara Connection Base (For the GX-50 Combattler V)









very minimal assembly required, just the top magnet looking head, antennae and the base it self.







inside the base, everything is already installed and ready for use.





i used the gx-03 battle machines instead of the gx-50.









except for the battle jet's main gear peg which didn't shoot in the launch pad groove, everything else fits well.













it's expensive for something that doesn't have any diecast but the base will compliment immensely anyones collection, especially those who have both gx-03 and gx-50. great companion too for those who have the operational base for the gx-31 and gx-31v voltes v. just make sure you have a bigger display cab for these.

my bandai gx-01x motorized hangar.



released in 2000, it was designed to be used with the gx-01 mazinger z, gx-02 great mazinger or the gx-04 ufo grendizer. it also came with a different looking right rocket punch for mazinger z.

i've decided to use it with my gx-45 shin mazinger z which is easy to reach from my cab.

















love the sound effect every time the door opens and closes. can't help not to play with it every time i have the chance. mazingoooo
