oo nga naman. check the facts first: read the articles! the original King Kong was a black and white 1930s film. Peter Jackson saw it as a child on late night TV, and credits it with inspiring him to take up film-making. the 1970s remake (with Jessica Lange and Jeff Bridges) set in then-contemporary NY and KK climbing the WTC bombed. so he wanted to do a more faithful remake.
