I'll add more text later but basically there are my Macross figs at the moment:
VF-1S and a couple of VF-1A's.
The VF-1S was the first Yamato Valk I got. I think 1st release din sya. I never thought I'd end up with a couple more planes until I saw a pair of VF-1A's on 50% sale in the mall. So there, I now have 2 VF-1A's and a VF-1S.
VF-1A in full armor.
I always wanted a fastpack but since there wasn't any generic one available, I had to settle for an armor set for a 1/60 Valk. I find the armor set quite pricey for what it does. I had to file the crotch guard to make it fit the nosecone of the VF-1A...and it still falls off when you touch it.
VF-1A mounted on a yamato launching claw.
This is something I highly recommend if you have Yamato Valks. I'm even contemplating of getting a 2nd one for my Queadluun-Rau! The fun thing about it is that it fits any Yamato Marcoss release to date!
Queandluun-Rau Red 1/60 in a size comparisson w/ 1/60 VF-1S and FA-VF-1A.
Not sure if you can see it well, but the Q-Rau is HUGE. Huge, but all made up of plastic. I'll display it on my desk for a week or so and then keep it to "preserve" it...until I get another Yamato launcher claw for it.

As you can see, the Q-Rau looks good in a launching claw instead of just standing around.
...with the cockpit open to show the pilot:
It's now so tempting to get the Mirila 3-pc set coz they have one designed for the Q-rau.
Something new:
I bought this second-hand VF-1A Max. The toy has been pannel-lined and decals applied to it:
