Travelion....the third mecha to be released by Bandai in the Magiranger line. I'll get right to the details.
Travelion boxed. I was quite surprised how small this toy was. I was expecting him to be biugger than the other mechs but its box is just as big as wolkaizers.
Travelion is composed of 6 components. He has five train cars, four which are identical which become his arms and legs while the other one which is the odd one out becomes the torso. He has two mini train like components whic is used as a connector piece for gattais with other Magiranger mecha. The Main train becomes the chest component.
Travelions train form looks pretty good. Although its smaller compared to Goliner the design is amazing.
It took me a while to appreciate Travelions mecha form but its okay. My only complaint with it is that it looks stocky compared to the other Magrianger mechs.
Group pic. the gangs all here! With Magiking and Wolkaiser.
Travelion shares the same gimmick with that of the other Magiranger mechs which is to be able to gattai with one another mainly by swithcinh chest components.
Travleion and Magiking combined. I suppose travelion acts as some sort of beam weapon for Magiking. Personally Im not quite fond of this combination. Aside from the fact that it looks weird when attached to Magiking a big gap is left between the arms and chest area. I wish Bandai was able to make travelion bigger to fill up the spaces.
Travelion and Wolkaiser combined.
To sum things up Travelion is a fairly decent mech. My reaction to it wasn't as great as when I got Wolkaiser but its pretty good. There is no die-cast content on Travelion but to compensate for this he does have working lights and electronics.
