to V2: Nope they're not coated. to Uber Jam: Yup. Painted. I like painting the vents, thrusters and back panels (dark gray). Panel line technique - none  I simply traced the panel lines. I used a Pilot pen for Freedom. As for Providence & Buster, i used Mongol pencil (#2 ata un). Try the pencil sometime. Really interesting effect - not too emphasized and not dull either. And best of all... its cheap. |

And best of all... its cheap. panelled yang mga yan ng pencil?? tpos hindi mo nilagyan ng Topcoat..? pre dpat i top coat mo ytan.. pag nagkamali ka ng hawak bka magstain/smear ung pencil lines. |

yup. pencil. hahaha. those are one year old kits.
Panel lines still there. No stains.
But thanks for the advice.
I will try the coating sometime.

Pencils are one of the recommended tools for panel lining since they produce gray color lines. Gray panel lines on white parts make the kit more realistic rather than black lines. ;D Great work R2!  |

WHAT THE F*@#N H@*(( SO@#&()$*# PENCILS!?!?! YOU USED PENCILS ON THOSE?!?!? ANG GALING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how come i never read about using pencils for panel lines... i'll give this pencil thingy a try. THANKS A BUNCH ;D ;D ;D
