ninjaNope, if you look closely you might see them....prolly the distance of the cam from the kits when I took it....believe me they're there....I wish they weren't ;D (i have yet to find time to practice removing seam lines....) TY @n03l I don't mind 1. Verde does come with a stand 2. I love it too...the color the design etc....wish they'd make this into a 1/100 scale...wishful thinking ( New Wave db? ;D ) 3. Hard to explain...It's not that I don't love HGs anymore, it's just that....when I started building that MG, I was like "this is way much better that the HGs"....the parts, size,a rticulation, decals etc ....but who am I kidding, if it looks cool even though it's an HG, I'd still get it ;D I like HGs but I love MGs...u know wat I mean ;D 4. I meant to include Shinn, Rey and Luna but when I opened the box for Luna...'just found out that I still haven't built her yet...hehehehe...next tym. Thanks Bro! @r2 lemme change watever I said b4 ;D ONLY from SEED and ZETA (y do I have the feeling that I'm going to eat my words again) hehehehe....I started watching the Zeta movie....I'm totally lost!!! was there a series before zeta? its pretty cool.... I love it when they show the pilots inside the cockpit and they have like this 360deg view of the surroundings...I don't think that Seed have this....do they? maldit0Stop posting in our native tongue...."THEY" don't like that ;D hehehehehehe

TY Hehehe! I have the same problem. Well, instead of waiting to get some free time, I started building the kit. It's coming along great. I'm planning to get the Legend Gundam after this just so that I have the infamous GSD duo displayed at the office. Hehehe.  |

yup. you're lost if you watch the Zeta without the knowledge of the FIRST & GRAND DADDY of all Gundams before. esp the rivalry of Amuro & Char.
MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM. you're lucky if you found a set of the series. i think there's a DVD set of this first gundam series. if you can't, you can check out Mobile Suit Gundam Compilation Movies: Mobile Suit Gundam (I), Mobile Suit Gundam: Soldiers of Sorrow (II), and Mobile Suit Gundam: Encounters in Space (III). this is the place to start for Universal Century era of Gundam stories.
here's the timeline in the anime series after the first Gundam & before the Zeta series:
1. The 08th MS Team
side story set in the year 0079-0080 (same year during the famous One-Year War).
2. 0080: War in the Pocket
3. 0083: Stardust Memory
or you can check www.mahq.net for each episodes summaries. enjoy!
about the 360 degrees cockpit, i think they first featured this in Zeta series. SEED has the old cockpit view same as Amuro's on his Gundam. the panoramic monitor. and they only have a warning device to warn them from enemies from behind or a mini-view, ala-small screen within the panoramic monitor to see the enemies. remember they have cameras on the back of the head.

don't forget with kidousenshi gundamu there are two different sets - one is old TV series and the other one is four parts movie release. They did few scenes added/altered for movie releases by the way

I'm thinking of getting it but i'm going for the 1/144 in the meantime till I get the hang of this whole kit building thing. So far, the only thing I can do is build the it then panel line.  |

tnx n03l & dj...Im going to take a look at these series......it's really confusing....like i saw a flashback wherein amuro killed char and someone keeps calling quatrro....char...gulo talaga.... ninjaonly thing that sux with the 1/144 Legend is that it doesn't come with its own stand.....it does however comes with an adapter so you you could put two kits on the destiny's stand, so that both of them are upright..... |
