Thanks to "Idol" MolgaMk2, i got me my own Dark Horn!
Dark Horn is a basic re-color of the NJR Red Horn. Box contains 4 sprues. Sprues come in only 2 colors, black and silver, unlike the Red Horn with 3 colors. It also has green plastic in the motor instead of the opaque found on its red cousin.
Building the Dark Horn if very straight forward. It only took me less than 30 minutes to completely build him. Add 15 more minutes for the stickers.
The downside is, the head and gunner cockpits are covered with same green plastic instead of the transparent plastic in the Red Horn. It ould have been nice if the cockpits were transparent.
The Good:
- Its a horn! Everyone has just got to love them.
- Lots of guns to play with.
- Great color contrast.
The Bad
- Green plastic cockpit cover.
- Not available here.
The Neutral
- You can either love or hate how he walks. hehehe.
- Easy to build
All in all, its a nice kits. I'd rate it as a 6. It would have been higher if it can be acquired easily. But for Horn Fans, a definite MUST HAVE!
Btw, a Horn has just got to have a CP03! Period! **got a spare? PM me!
