This project has been going on literally for years. Finally got the tranformation to work. Now its ready for finishing and painting. Planning to tint out the windows coz Bumblebee's face and arms are visible from the rear window ;D  and another  Sorry for the small pics. Forgot to set my camera phone to VGA. |

So what are the parts you used for the custom?
Tamiya VW? Gundam pieces? =) How did you do the head?
This part I really like to know. How were you able to do that openning door thingy? Or was the VW toy able to open doors already?

Very nice! i always wanted a new beetle Bumblebee... too bad VW didnt allow it to be used as a toy. mid if i ask what VW toy you er, "chopped" up for this project? I'm beginning to get the urge to start my own...
